Stuart is a highly experienced corporate lawyer, having been both a partner at a large Australian law firm and acting as a senior in house counsel for a Fortune 100 company.
Stuart has deep experience in M&A and ECM transactions which has led to the innovative insights behind thedocyard’s next generation deal management technology.
Stuart is committed to providing the world’s leading end-to-end corporate/commercial transaction technology.
Chief Financial Officer, Chief Operating Officer & Executive Director
Neale is an experienced commercial and technical operator who brings proven results in setting strategy, shaping development and directing execution to deliver the growth & profitability agendas of businesses.
Neale’s unique experience stems from industries that are innovating through their service offering or experimenting with new business models.
Neale focuses on the execution of the thedocyard’s vision, growth and enablement efforts.
Head of Engineering
Daniel is an experienced and passionate technology leader with over 14 years’ experience in industry.
Daniel’s experience has seen him leading large global technology teams delivering superior products and services to a multitude of clients, specialising in Agile web and mobile based Saas/Paas cloud development and operations.
As the head of engineering, Daniel leads and manages key activities in the development departments inclusive of reliability engineering, and process automation in support of daily site/software development projects.
Head of Customer Success and Services
Greg has spent his career working with clients delivering global technology platforms and breakthrough software applications to solve business problems; delivering improved outcomes to customers, helping them to achieve better results, and be more productive.
Greg understands how data, technology, and people converge and works strategically with clients to deliver solutions that work for their businesses for the long term.
As Head of Customer Success and Services, Greg directs our global customer engagement and success strategy, working closely with users to ensure they get the most from our platform, and delivering user feedback on new product development, features and services.
Head of Growth Marketing
Wenee is an experienced tech marketer. She specialises in driving innovation marketing within professional services firms and major organisations. Wenee has delivered PR, content and social media campaigns for organisations including McCarthyFinch, LegalVision, the Centre for Legal Innovation and ATP Innovations.
Prior to joining thedocyard, Wenee worked as Global Communications Lead for LEAP Legal Software, assisting the expansion of LEAP to the UK and US.
As Head of Growth Marketing, Wenee drives thedocyard’s growth to new markets through intuitive, intelligent marketing tied to clear results.
Head of Sales (APAC)
Daniel is a driven and creative B2B sales executive, with a proven track record of success in financial services. His persistence and genuine care for helping customers make the most of quality software sets him apart as a BD professional.
Prior to joining thedocyard, Daniel led the Rainmaker Group as Head of Sales. He also held several management roles at BT Financial Group, working across Investor Solutions and Advisory.
As Head of Sales (APAC), Daniel is charged with ensuring thedocyard becomes and remains the platform of choice for corporates and their advisors.
Chairman & Non-Executive and Independent Director
Steven is a Chartered Accountant and registered company auditor and has over 35 years’ experience in the accounting and finance industry. He has been a partner in the chartered accounting firm Watkins Coffey Martin since 1993.
Steven is currently a non-executive director of Kazia Therapeutics Limited (ASX: KZA – NASDAQ:KZIA), where he is the chair of its audit, risk and governance committee.
