As the Director of Business Development, Greg directs the business development activities of the organisation and drive the new sales business for the company across Australia and New Zealand.
Daniel is an experienced and passionate technology leader with over 14 years’ experience in industry.
Daniel’s experience has seen him leading large global technology teams delivering superior products and services to a multitude of clients, specialising in Agile web and mobile based Saas/Paas cloud development and operations.
As the head of engineering, Daniel leads and manages key activities in the development departments inclusive of reliability engineering, and process automation in support of daily site/software development projects
Stuart Clout is the Founder + CEO of thedocyard. Prior to founding thedocyard Stuart practiced as a corporate lawyer both in large law firm partnership with Colin Biggers & Paisley in Sydney and in house with the Tesco Group, a Fortune 100 company in London.
Stuart has over 15 years’ experience as a corporate transactional lawyer and is an admitted solicitor in both NSW and England & Wales. In private practice Stuart acted for a variety of large private and listed corporate clients, primarily on M&A and transactional matters. His focus at Tesco was on both corporate and commercial transactions. This deep experience both on advisor and client side is what lead to the insights from which thedocyard was born
James has over 25 years’ experience as a Chartered Accountant and company secretary of various high growth private companies. More recently James successfully completed the ASX-IPO of DroneShield (ASX:DRO) and before that was the CFO of Seeing Machines Ltd (AIM: SEE), an AIM-listed company that utilises advanced algorithms for detection of driver fatigue and distraction.
He is currently a non-executive director with BluGlass (ASX: BLG) and Digital Wine Ventures (ASX: DW8) and the CFO at Douugh Limited.
Steve is a Chartered Accountant and registered company auditor and has over 35 years’ experience in the accounting and finance industry. He has been a partner in the chartered accounting firm Watkins Coffey Martin since 1993.
Mr Coffey is currently a non-executive director of Kazia Therapeutics Limited (ASX: KZA – NASDAQ:KZIA), where he is the chair of its audit, risk and governance committee.
